Slight Change of Plan...




So, with th diet thing. We quit th orignal ABC, too much with fam:) so were doin th shorter easier version, Me S & a buncha people from PT. Im so glad. I was doubting myself about making it thro 50 days. I was going to fail. And I knew it, I was gunna bring this topic up with S, ya kno, I didnt wanna hurt her or break her trust in me. Thnk God she brought it up:)

The diet goes like this:
You are allowed to eat as many negative cal foods as you like. Neg cal foods dont count.
Fruits and Veg are our best friends and we will eat healthy during this time:)
The Caloric Plan:
Day 1. 200
Day 2. 400
Day 3. 300
Day 4. 100
Day 5. 500
Day 6. 600
Day 7. 600
Day 8. 300
Day 9. 200
Day 10. 400
Day 11. 150
Day 12. 500
Day 13. 300
Day 14. 600
Day 15. 200
Day 16. 300
Day 17. 400
Day 18. 350
Day 19. 400
Day 20. 500
Day 21. 500
Day 22. 300
Day 23. 200
Day 24. 150
Day 25. 300
Day 26. 400
Day 27. 600
Day 28. 550
Day 29. 200
Day 30. 100
Day 31. 200
Day 32. 250
Day 33. 400
Day 34. 450
Day 35. 100
Also with an excercise of 2hours a week, more if yu can. Binging isnt allowed. If yu binge more thn twice, yu are out! No purging, or binge purging, if you go over board with th cals thn yu must work th extras off! Try to stick to healthy foods. Weight your self only once a week.
